A leading airline company in Barcelona is seeking an MCC Coordinator to support flight crews and coordinate maintenance across the network. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and experience in an airline maintenance department. Responsibilities include managing AOG situations, tracking fleet technical status, and supervising maintenance providers. Formación

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience in an airline maintenance department.
• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint, bonus for Power BI or SQL.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and loves solving problems.
• Proactive, hands-on, and takes initiative.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Good communicator, enjoys teamwork, and can stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the go-to support for flight crews, coordinating maintenance.
• Respond to AOG situations, manage parts requests.
• Follow up on deferred defects to ensure they’re fixed.
• Track fleet technical status and communicate operational limitations.
• Supervise line maintenance providers to meet standards.
• Occasionally prepare daily work packages for heavy maintenance.
• Represent the company in non-routine maintenance tasks.
