Job summary

Nayak Aircraft Services is seeking an experienced MCC Controller for its Barcelona unit. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, coordinating the MOC, Planning and CAMO to resolve issues and manage resources for 24/7 operations.

The role requires an Aeronautical Engineer background, strong English and Spanish, and a proactive, organized approach. Night and weekend shifts are part of a rotating schedule. Join a dynamic, international team dedicated to safe, on-time aircraft support.

Qualifications

• Aeronautical Engineer (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• High level of English and Spanish.
• Analytical, proactive, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• 24/7 point of contact between MOC, Planning and CAMO ensuring fast responses.
• Coordinate personnel by certifications to resolve incidents with minimal impact.
• Record and track delays and AOG events, communicating status to MOC and leads.
• Organize and supervise maintenance tasks with clear progress updates.
• Facilitate coordination between MOC, Planning, CAMO and other departments.
• Ensure traceability of maintenance activities for accurate billing.
