Descripción de la vacante

Suntory Global Spirits seeks a detail-oriented professional to support materials planning and MRP processes in Segovia. You will coordinate packaging and raw material orders for bottling lines, monitor material receipts and invoicing, and perform regular MRP/ATP analyses to support forecast-driven production.

The role requires a university degree, five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Formación

University degree required.
Five years of experience in similar functions.
SAP and Excel knowledge required.
Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

Manage orders and receptions of packaging and raw materials for bottling lines.
Monitor receipt of materials and invoices; resolve issues.
Execute and analyze weekly MRP.
Execute and analyze weekly ATP for two-week horizon.
Execute and analyze monthly MRP when forecast is loaded.
Order packaging and raw materials for Copacker monthly per forecast.
Review reports to monitor shopping KPIs.
Comply with Health & Safety requirements in job cards.
Follow IMS requirements and reporting protocols.
Inform superiors of any Health, Safety, Environment, Quality or Food Safety incidents.
Ensure adherence to quality, food safety, environmental and health & safety measures in own area.
Follow good hygienic practices defined by the organization.
