Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Customer Services & Material Support Program Manager to lead Performance-Based Logistics for aircraft fleets and oversee In-Service Support contracts. You will bridge Customer Services Regions with Material Services and Program Management to ensure aligned reporting and delivery.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration across operations, planning, procurement, quality and finance.

Formación

• Strong background in project/program management within aerospace or complex industrial sectors.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Material Support.
• Advanced English communication and negotiation with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Performance-Based Logistics and In-Service Support contracts.
• Interface between Customer Services Regional Directors, Material Services and Program Management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Finance to manage material issues.
• Monitor cost evolution, operating plans and budgets to meet EBIT targets.
• Represent the department in governance reviews and drive improvement initiatives.
