Grifols seeks a Material Planning Specialist for its Parets del Vallès operations. The role secures raw material and packaging supply, coordinates with production and procurement, and maintains optimal inventory levels to support timely manufacturing.

Candidates should hold a relevant degree and have 3+ years of experience, with fluent Spanish and English. SAP is a plus; advanced Excel is required. Hybrid work arrangement offered at Parets del Vallès.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (B2.2).
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

For Material Planning department of Instituto Grifols SA, a company specialized in the research, development, and production of purified plasma proteins with therapeutic properties obtained from the fractionation of human plasma, there is a need for the incorporation of a Material Planning Specialist.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will secure the supply of raw materials and packaging to meet production requirements:

1. Identify the materials required to ensure scheduled production.
2. Execute and follow up order requisitions for required materials.
3. Follow up on incoming orders and claim orders in delay.
4. Review stocks and consumptions to achieve the optimal level of raw material inventory.

• You will coordinate with other departments the production objectives, minimizing costs and managing incidences.

• You have Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business (ADE, Economics) or similar.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English (B2.2.).
• You have advanced knowledge in Excel. Experience with SAP is a plus.
