A leading gaming technology company is seeking a motivated Material Planner for their EMEA Operations Team in Rubí, Catalunya. This critical role involves ensuring timely acquisition of materials for Electronic Gaming Machines production, requiring 3-5 years of experience, high proficiency in English and Spanish, and knowledge of international shipping and production planning. The position offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office.

Formación

  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of international shipping documentation and INCOTERMS required.
  • Inventory or production control planning experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Provides administrative and clerical support for supply chain activities.
  • Maintains files and records for purchase orders.
  • Coordinate logistics for purchase orders.
  • Prepares requests for quotation.
  • Manage pricing updates and order cancellations.
  • Monitor order backlog for material constraints.
  • Review and adjust safety stock levels.
  • Develop quarterly parts forecasts with suppliers.

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Material Planner to join our EMEA Operations Team.

This is a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials and components required for EGM (Electronic Gaming Machines) production. This position focuses on securing goods that meet specified standards of quality, quantity, and delivery timelines, supporting the overall efficiency of the supply chain and production operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative and clerical support specifically related to supply chain and procurement department activities
  • Maintains files, logs, records for purchase orders and other related documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for purchase orders, selecting optimal shipping methods based on cost‑effectiveness and urgency; initiate order expediting when necessary
  • Prepares standard requests for quotation.
  • Exercise judgment in managing pricing updates, order cancellations, discontinued items, alternative product sourcing, delivery adjustments, and invoice discrepancies.
  • Monitor and analyze order backlog to identify potential material constraints.
  • Review and adjust safety stock levels; generate and implement replenishment proposals.
  • Develop and share quarterly parts forecasts with suppliers to support production planning.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • High English & Spanish level is a must. Knowledge of other languages will be a plus
  • International shipping documentation and INCOTERMS knowledge required
  • Inventory or production control planning experience preferred
  • Casino Technical experience and Slots Manufacturer experience will be an advantage
  • Oracle knowledge will be a plus
