A technology consulting firm is seeking a MASTER TECHNICAL LEAD for SAP S / 4HANA to manage and deliver technical solutions. Candidates must have 15+ years of relevant experience and strong expertise in Asset Management. The role offers a remote-first work model with a preference for on-site presence in Oviedo 2–3 days a week. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and has strong communication skills.

Overview

MASTER TECHNICAL LEAD – SAP S / 4HANA (REMOTE / HYBRID OVIEDO)

Location: Oviedo, Spain.

Language: English and Spanish mandatory. Portuguese is a plus. Seniority: 15+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver:
• Technical Debt Backlog
• Application Technical Documentation
• Infrastructure Change Requests
• Lead the analysis, design, and validation of Asset Management projects (SAP S / 4HANA, MS Dynamics Mobility)
• Oversee testing processes to ensure quality deliverables
• Design and validate complex technical solutions in collaboration with global teams
• Provide technical leadership for strategic projects in the Energy and Utilities sector
• Collaborate across business units and ensure alignment with GDPR compliance

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Up to 15 years of experience in relevant platforms, languages, or frameworks
• Strong expertise in SAP S / 4HANA (focus on Asset Management)
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with application technologies
• Proven track record in designing and validating technical solutions
• Experience in strategic projects within Energy and Utilities
• Familiarity with GDPR compliance
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Portuguese language skills
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics FieldService
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Availability to work 2–3 days per week on-site in Oviedo, Spain (highly valued)
