MASTER TECHNICAL LEAD – SAP I‑SU

Remote / Hybrid (Olviedo, Spain). Preference for candidates residing in Olviedo.

Languages: English & Spanish (written and spoken) mandatory; Portuguese a plus.

Seniority: 15+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver Technical Debt Backlog.
• Application Technical Documentation.
• Infrastructure Change Requests.
• Oversee SAP I‑SU systems integration testing, including solution review and validation.
• Design and validate complex technical solutions in collaboration with global teams.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and alignment with business objectives.
• Contribute to strategic projects in the Energy and Utilities sector.
• Foster collaboration across cross‑functional and global teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Up to 15 years of professional experience in relevant platforms, languages, or frameworks.
• Proven expertise in SAP I‑SU integration projects.
• Hands‑on experience with application technologies.
• Strong background in designing and validating complex solutions.
• Familiarity with Energy and Utilities market dynamics.
• Knowledge of GDPR compliance.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory).

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Portuguese language skills.
• Knowledge of SAP I‑SU Billing module.
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Availability to work 2–3 days per week on‑site in Oviedo, Spain.

Work Model & Location

Remote‑first position with preference for on‑site presence in Oviedo 2–3 days per week.
