A Palma-based construction company is seeking a Master Plasterer (Oficial 1ª) to join its team for full-time traditional lime plastering and surface preparation on Mallorca.

You will mix natural lime sourced from Marrakech, monitor maturation, and apply decorative finishes such as Tadelakt with artisanal precision to ensure high-quality substrates. The role offers a permanent contract, Monday-to-Friday hours 8:00–16:00, and a compensation package paid in 14 monthly installments.

Formación

• Minimum 12 months of relevant professional experience.
• Training or experience in decorative wall finishes, particularly Tadelakt.
• Commitment to artisanal plastering techniques and precision.

Responsabilidades

• Select, prepare and mix natural lime sourced from Marrakech.
• Monitor lime maturation, manage proportions and pigmentation.
• Carry out technical surface preparation for high substrate quality.
