A Palma-based construction company is seeking a Master Plasterer (Oficial 1ª) to join its team for full-time traditional lime plastering and surface preparation on Mallorca.

You will mix natural lime sourced from Marrakech, monitor maturation, and apply decorative finishes such as Tadelakt with artisanal precision to ensure high-quality substrates. The role offers a permanent contract, Monday-to-Friday hours 8:00–16:00, and a compensation package paid in 14 monthly installments.

Formación

• Minimum 12 months of relevant professional experience.
• Training or experience in decorative wall finishes, particularly Tadelakt.
• Commitment to artisanal plastering techniques and precision.

About the role

Are you a skilled craftsman passionate about traditional construction techniques? A construction company based in Palma, Mallorca, is looking for a qualified Master Plasterer (Oficial 1ª) to join their team. In this full-time role, you will work on specialized plastering and technical surface preparation on the island.

Main responsibilities

• Selecting, preparing, and mixing natural lime imported from Marrakech in a traditional, artisanal way.
• Monitoring lime maturation, managing precise proportions, and handling natural mineral pigmentation.
• Carrying out technical surface preparation to ensure optimal substrate quality.

What you need to bring

• At least 12 months (1 year) of relevant professional experience.
• Valued training or prior experience in specialized decorative wall finishes, particularly Tadelakt.
• Dedication to artisanal quality and precision in traditional plastering techniques.

What is offered

• A permanent contract (contrato indefinido) with full-time hours.
• Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (free weekends).
