ACCA Careers is assisting a Shared Services Center in Madrid to recruit a Master Data Specialist. You will own end-to-end master data processes, ensuring accuracy and cross-system integrity across SAP and Office tools.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with up to 2 days from home, a 6+6 contract with potential permanent hire, and exposure to a global industry leader with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in master data management is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse teams.

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Join the Master Data Team of one of our best clients: a Shared Services Center in Madrid. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data across multiple systems, supporting business processes and compliance standards

Description

Your main tasks will be:

• Data Stewardship: Own the end-to-end process of creating, updating, enriching, and maintaining master data records, adhering to established guidelines and standards.
• Request Management: Efficiently process incoming requests for code creation, modification, or closure, ensuring timely and accurate execution. You will proactively follow up on incomplete or non-compliant requests to maintain data quality.
• System Integration & Publication: Ensure the seamless and accurate publication of master data changes across all integrated systems, guaranteeing consistent information flow.
• Quality Assurance & Improvement: Execute regular data quality controls, identify potential degradations, and report on progress. You will actively troubleshoot and resolve data issues or escalation complex problems to the appropriate teams for swift resolution.
• Process Enhancement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our master data processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Project Involvement: Participate in cross-functional projects as needed, lending your expertise to enhance our data landscape and operational excellence.

Profile

A Successful Vendor Master Data Specialist Should Have

• Previous experience in master data management is a plus, but not mandatory. We also welcome candidates with experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluency in English
• French is a plus
