ProReset is seeking a freelance Content & Digital Marketing Manager to lead social media, email campaigns, website content and partnerships. You will plan, film and edit short-form video, write bilingual copy in Spanish and English, and coordinate with designers and partners.

Based in Spain, you will travel to installations and events in Madrid, Valencia or Barcelona to capture content, adapt campaigns to premium wellness branding, and ensure consistency across touchpoints.

Formación

• Experience in content creation, social media and digital marketing.
• Strong hands-on content creation skills, particularly short-form video and Reels.

Responsabilidades

• Create original content for ProReset’s social media channels, primarily Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Plan, film and edit short-form video content, including Reels and Stories, as well as carousels and other social-first formats.
• Regularly visit client locations, installations, events and other relevant locations in Madrid, Valencia or Barcelona to capture original photo and video content.
• Identify content opportunities proactively and turn real brand activities, products and installations into engaging stories.
• Execute the monthly content calendar in line with the overall marketing strategy and brand direction.
• Write and adapt social media copy in Spanish and English.
• Publish and schedule content across relevant channels.
• Manage community interactions and proactively engage with relevant clients, partners and accounts.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and results.

We work with individuals, athletes, clinics, hotels, fitness centers and wellness spaces internationally.

We are currently entering an exciting new phase of growth and brand repositioning, with a strong focus on elevating how the ProReset brand is presented across every customer touchpoint.

We are looking for a creative, hands‑on and highly proactive Freelance Content & Digital Marketing Manager to support the execution of our marketing strategy across social media, email, website and marketing materials.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create original content for ProReset’s social media channels, primarily Instagram, Tiktok and LinkedIn.
• Plan, film and edit short-form video content, including Reels and Stories, as well as carousels and other social-first formats.
• Regularly visit client locations, installations, events and other relevant locations in Madrid, Valencia or Barcelona to capture original photo and video content.
• Identify content opportunities proactively and turn real brand activities, products and installations into engaging stories.
• Execute the monthly content calendar in line with the overall marketing strategy and brand direction.
• Write and adapt social media copy in Spanish and English.

Influencer & Partnership Marketing

• Identify influencers, creators and relevant profiles aligned with the ProReset brand.
• Manage outreach, communication and negotiations.
• Coordinate collaborations from initial contact through execution.
• Track and report on collaboration performance.
• Identify opportunities to leverage partnerships and client relationships through digital content.

Email Marketing

• Prepare and execute newsletters and email campaigns based on the marketing calendar.
• Coordinate copy, imagery, links and calls to action.
• Set up and schedule campaigns within the relevant email marketing platform.
• Review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Website Content

• Keep website content accurate and up to date, including product information, copy, imagery and other relevant content.
• Upload and update content through the website CMS.
• Regularly review the website to identify outdated information, inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with developers or external partners when technical support is required.
• Update brochures, presentations, product sheets and other marketing and sales materials.
• Adapt existing materials when products, messaging or commercial information changes.
• Coordinate with designers when new creative assets or more substantial design work is required.
• Ensure brand messaging and visual consistency across marketing materials.

Marketing Coordination

• Support the execution of campaigns, launches, partnerships and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies and external partners when required.
• Help maintain marketing calendars, assets and deliverables organized and up to date.
• Proactively identify missing, outdated or inconsistent content across different marketing touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in content creation, social media and digital marketing.
• Strong hands‑on content creation skills, particularly short‑form video and Reels.
• Comfortable independently planning, filming and editing content.
• Strong visual eye and understanding of premium lifestyle, wellness and design‑led brands.
• Experience with video editing and content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar.
• Experience with email marketing/newsletter platforms and website CMS tools.
• Experience with influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across different channels.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Proactive and resourceful — able to identify what needs to be created, updated or improved rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
• Comfortable working autonomously within an established marketing strategy and brand direction.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, lifestyle or premium brands is a strong plus.

Location

This is a freelance, part-time position.

The role requires regular in-person content creation in different locations in Spain, including visits to client installations, events and other locations. Candidates should therefore be based in Spain and able to travel.
