Axis has something great to offer! We are looking for a Marketing Specialist Practica to join our dynamic Iberia team located at our office in Madrid. This is a fantastic early-career opportunity with the potential to grow into a long-term role at Axis.

This is initially a temporary position (Practica) for one year with the potential to become a permanent position.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS MARKETING SPECIALIST PRACTICA

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating marketing activities in Iberia to build awareness and generate leads through all channels. Working closely with the Channel Marketing Specialist, this person will implement the local marketing plan and collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to bring the Axis brand to life in the region. They will develop and strengthen relationships with partners by driving marketing activities and providing education through Axis programs and tools. Additionally, creating awareness and business opportunities with end-customers and partners through marketing initiatives will be key.

Your main responsibilities will include :

Marketing Execution

• Implement the local marketing plan
• Coordinate campaigns across events, digital platforms, telemarketing, etc.
• Manage lead generation and nurturing using Salesforce and Pardot
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to monthly reports
• Ensure data quality and support lead conversion in collaboration with sales
• Help maintain budget tracking and financial accuracy

Communication & PR

• Contribute to executing the local PR plan with our PR agency and EMEA communication team
• Coordinate press releases and maintain the press center
• Develop case studies and manage success stories
• Support e-newsletters and ensure website content remains current and engaging

Channel Marketing & Education

• Support the implementation of Axis partner programs and local initiatives
• Organize and promote the Axis Academy program in Iberia
• Update and maintain partner-focused content
• Collaborate with partners and thought leaders on joint campaigns and activities

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We seek an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive team player eager to explore B2B marketing and technology. You should be comfortable with a variety of marketing tasks and tools, able to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, and skilled in managing time and priorities. Alignment with Axis Core Values is essential!

• 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role
• Strong interest in B2B marketing and the tech sector
• Highly organized with multitasking skills
• Flexible, open-minded, and adaptable to change
• Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills
• Analytical, data-driven, with attention to detail
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Pardot
• Knowledge of the IT/security market is advantageous

This role requires occasional travel within Iberia and SEUR regions.
