Responsibilities
1. Client & Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners to support joint marketing and branding initiatives.
- Coordinate co-marketing activities and partnership campaigns to enhance market presence and business collaboration.
2. Campaigns & Events Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, trade shows, roadshows, workshops, and training sessions with clear objectives and KPIs.
- Ensure smooth execution of events, including content development, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-up.
3. Marketing Performance & Insights
- Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of campaigns and events, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support data-driven decision making.
4. Sales Enablement & Content Development
- Create and localize marketing materials (brochures, presentations, videos, case studies) to empower the sales team.
- Generate and qualify leads through digital and offline campaigns, ensuring timely handover to sales for conversion.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience; prior experience in the renewable energy or energy storage industry is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in campaign management, event execution, or partner marketing that directly supported sales growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in image and video editing software; prior experience in short video planning, scripting, or social media content creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems such as Zoho or HubSpot).
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken. Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage for cross-regional collaboration.
