Red Pimiento in Barcelona is seeking a Marketing Project Manager Intern to join our fast-growing team for a 6-month, on-site placement. You will translate briefs into actionable plans and support international brand projects from concept to delivery.

We value curiosity, strong organizational skills, and readiness to learn. The role offers remote Fridays, a dynamic international team, and the chance to live in sunny Barcelona while gaining hands-on project experience.

Formación

• First experience in marketing or project management required.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar.
• Available ASAP in Barcelona.
• Internship agreement mandatory.
• Strong organizational, multitasking & priority management abilities.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Willing to learn and take ownership.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Turn client briefs into clear and simple plans for the team
• Bring your perspective by researching trends, markets, and audiences
• Take part in brainstorming sessions and share your ideas
• Work with designers to develop creative and relevant concepts
• Organize timelines and keep projects on track
• Support the team in coordinating projects from idea to delivery
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for clients
