Your Role

We are looking for aMarketing Manager, Operations to lead the global marketing operations function. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the strategic backbone of our marketing engine: setting direction, managing resources, guiding teams, and ensuring marketing investments deliver measurable business impact.

The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with technical expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and campaign analytics. While operational teams manage day-to-day execution across design, website, and paid media, you will ensure their efforts are aligned, measurable, and strategically impactful across regions.

Your Mission
Strategic Leadership & Alignment
  • Define the operational marketing roadmap to support global and regional goals.
  • Ensure cross-regional consistency of messaging and campaigns by coordinating with EMEA and AMER marketing managers.
  • Translate Atlassian and cloud platform go-to-market strategies into scalable marketing operations.
Team Leadership & Resource Management
  • Lead and mentor the operations team, including digital campaigns, design, website administration, and marketing ops support.
  • Allocate resources across campaigns, events, and funded activities with clear prioritization.
  • Maintain high standards of operational excellence, scalability, and efficiency.
Technical & Analytical Expertise
  • Oversee performance of paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing) with a focus on ROI and conversion optimization.
  • Ensure website performance, SEO, and digital analytics align with demand generation goals.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms and reporting tools to create dashboards and track KPIs.
Measurement & ROI
  • Define and track KPIs for demand generation, lead quality, and campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reporting to the CMO and executive team with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Drive accountability by connecting marketing metrics to business outcomes and influenced pipeline.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the marketing operations liaison for internal stakeholders (regional managers, sales leadership) and external partners (Atlassian, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Provide partners with visibility into marketing activities and measurable outcomes.
  • Support DF/MDF-funded activities by ensuring accurate planning, reporting, and execution visibility.
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership position, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Strong background in digital marketing operations, demand generation, and analytics.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and KPIs with a focus on ROI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Hands-on expertise with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS ecosystems, particularly Atlassian or similar partner-driven markets.
  • Familiarity with cloud GTM strategies (AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace).
  • Exposure to ABM strategies and enterprise-level campaign management.
