FocusEconomics is seeking a creative Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team and help bring the brand to life visually, using AI design and video tools as core parts of a fast-paced workflow.

You will own the visual side of content, creating AI-generated assets and traditional designs for social media, sales collateral, and digital advertising, with the aim of increasing awareness, engagement, and client acquisition.

Formación

• Education pursuing degree in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media using AI tools to speed up and elevate the process from concept to export.
• Design static and video assets for digital ad campaigns following brand guidelines and A/B testing best practices.
• Design sales collateral (one-pagers, decks, gated reports) to support sales and demand generation.
• Support other visual design needs across Marketing, including web graphics, email templates, and presentation design.
• Stay on top of AI design and video tools, testing new models and workflows and bringing the best ones into daily production.

Are you a creative, visually-driven student who lives and breathes AI design and video tools, and wants to kickstart your career at the cutting edge of content production?

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team and help us bring our brand to life visually, using AI tools as a core part of an efficient, high-output design and video workflow across social media, sales materials, and digital advertising.

This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in AI-driven graphic design and video production within a marketing team. You’ll own the visual side of our content, using AI generation and editing tools alongside traditional design software to move fast, from short‑form social videos to sales collateral and digital ad creative, helping drive awareness, engagement, and client acquisition.

Important: You must be eligible to undertake an internship in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media (LinkedIn, X, etc.), using AI tools (e.g., AI video generation, auto‑editing, voice/captioning) to speed up and elevate the full process from concept and filming to editing, captions, and export.
• Design static and video assets for digital ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), leveraging AI image and video generation to accelerate creative production while following brand guidelines and A/B testing best practices.
• Design sales collateral (one‑pagers, decks, gated reports) that supports the sales and demand generation teams.
• Support other visual design (VD) needs across the Marketing team, including web graphics, email templates, and presentation design.
• Stay on top of AI design and video tools, testing new models and workflows and bringing the best ones into the team’s everyday production.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
• English: Fluent level required.
• AI‑first mindset: fluent with AI design and video generation tools (e.g., CapCut AI, Sora, or similar), and able to use them to produce polished, on‑brand output quickly.
• Strong visual fundamentals: an eye for composition, typography, color, and motion, so AI‑assisted output still looks intentional and on‑brand.
• Hands‑on experience editing short‑form video, combining traditional tools (Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, After Effects) with AI‑assisted editing and generation platforms (e.g., CapCut AI, Runway).
• Solid design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar), comfortable integrating AI‑generated assets into a polished final design.
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Prior experience with a design or video portfolio (personal projects, coursework, or freelance) is a plus, especially if it showcases AI‑assisted work, but not required.

Our Offer

• 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (morning shift).
• Minimum internship period: 6 months.
• Paid internship: €480/month (net).
