Astrafy is seeking a Marketing & Branding Intern to help shape outward messaging across LinkedIn, website, and events. You will turn messaging into visuals, craft content, and ensure brand consistency while learning from the Marketing Manager.

The role offers a high-impact pathway toward a full-time position in one of the fastest-growing data and AI sectors, with hybrid work and collaboration in Madrid.

Formación

• Early in their career (student or recent graduate) with foundations in marketing.

Your mission

As a Marketing & Branding Intern at Astrafy, you will play a key role in shaping how we show up to the world. You will be responsible for helping create and adapt content across LinkedIn, our website, and events, turning our messaging into visuals and posts that actually reach and resonate with our ideal customers.

This is a high-impact position and a launching pad for a career in marketing, and for the right person, a real path toward a full-time role on our team. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll be given the tools and support to accelerate your career in one of the fastest-growing tech sectors: Data & AI.

Your responsibilities:

Content & Social Media:

• Plan, produce, and publish content for LinkedIn, our main channel for reaching decision-makers in our ICP.

• Support content creation for the website: blog posts, landing pages, and other assets aligned with our SEO and AEO strategy.

• Adapt our core messaging across formats and channels while keeping a consistent brand voice.

• Events: Help prepare content and assets for events we host or attend, both in person and online.

Design & Creative:

• Build social and marketing assets in Figma or Canva: carousels, infographics, one-pagers, visuals for posts and campaigns.

• Use AI tools to speed up drafting, visuals, and decks, without losing quality or brand consistency.

• Support the design of event materials (slides, banners, one-pagers) for in-person and online events.

• Support team members on design assets.

• Support video content.

Market Research & Insights

• Keep an eye on competitors, industry trends, and what our audience engages with.

• Bring findings back to the team to help sharpen messaging and content ideas.

Measure & Learn

• Track engagement metrics (reach, engagement rate, growth) on the content you produce.

• Conduct A/B testing on formats and content to identify what resonates most with our audience, then iterate based on the results.

Your profile

• You're early in your career (student, recent graduate, or looking for your first real experience in marketing or branding).

• You have some foundation in marketing (through studies, personal projects, freelance work, or a previous internship).

• You know your way around Figma or Canva and can put together clean, on-brand designs with complete autonomy.

• You have a good eye for visual content and an interest in branding and storytelling.

• You're curious about SEO and AEO and want to learn how content gets discovered by people and by AI tools.

• You write well and can adapt tone depending on the channel (LinkedIn ≠ website copy).

• You're organized, proactive, and comfortable managing several small projects at once.

• You're not afraid to use AI tools to work faster and smarter.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Fluent in French (desired).

• Bonus: experience with video creating and editing.

Location & Work Model

This role follows a hybrid model. We value in-person collaboration and ask our team members to join us at our offices at Sol, Madrid, for 2 days a week. The rest of the week offers the flexibility of remote work.
