Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a strategic Finance partner to support Marketing, Media and Budget owners, providing financial insights and controlling overheads and Brand & Marketing Investment (BMI).

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, monitor people costs and OPEX, challenge investments, and partner with stakeholders to drive cost optimization in a global, fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Viladecans.

Formación

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A or similar finance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual budgeting and periodic financial forecasting.
• Monitor and control people costs, salaries, incentives, travel, training.
• Manage overhead operating expenses (OPEX) and licenses.
• Oversee Brand & Marketing Investment spend and ensure budget alignment.
• Perform monthly budget tracking and variance analysis; report KPIs.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and P&L reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders to support governance and performance.
