Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a strategic Finance partner to support Marketing, Media and Budget owners, providing financial insights and controlling overheads and Brand & Marketing Investment (BMI).

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, monitor people costs and OPEX, challenge investments, and partner with stakeholders to drive cost optimization in a global, fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Viladecans.

Formación

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A or similar finance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual budgeting and periodic financial forecasting.
• Monitor and control people costs, salaries, incentives, travel, training.
• Manage overhead operating expenses (OPEX) and licenses.
• Oversee Brand & Marketing Investment spend and ensure budget alignment.
• Perform monthly budget tracking and variance analysis; report KPIs.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and P&L reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders to support governance and performance.

The role:

Support the business as a strategic finance partner for Marketing, Media and Budget Owners, providing financial insights and helping drive data-based decision making. The role is responsible for overheads and Brand & Marketing Investment (B&MI) controlling, ensuring accurate planning, monitoring and reporting of financial performance while identifying opportunities to optimize costs and investments.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting activities.
• Monitoring and controlling people costs, including salaries, social charges, incentives, severance payments, travel expenses and training costs.
• Managing and tracking overhead operating expenses (OPEX), such as rent, software licenses, consulting services, office supplies and utilities.
• Overseeing Brand & Marketing Investment (B&MI) spend, challenging investment decisions and ensuring alignment with approved budgets by brand and channel.
• Performing monthly budget tracking and variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actions.
• Preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports, including P&L reviews and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partnering with key stakeholders across functions to support financial governance and business performance.

We're looking for someone who:

• Hold a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Has 2-4 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A or similar finance roles.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Is comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Can effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Builds strong relationships and manages stakeholders effectively.
• Brings a collaborative mindset and works well across teams and functions.
• Is adaptable, proactive and continuously seeks process improvements.
• Enjoys working in an international environment with diverse cultures and markets.
• Has strong knowledge of ERP systems, advanced Excel and Power BI.
