A leading multinational e-vapor company in Madrid seeks an experienced Trade Marketing professional with 5-7 years in the industry. You'll develop trade marketing plans and monitor competitor activities, while suggesting promotions. A Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field is required. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing.
• Experience in tobacco, vape, or FMCG industries is preferred.

• Develop and execute the trade marketing plan.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
• Conduct market research through questionnaires and focus groups.
• Track stock movement and suggest promotions.

Descripción del empleo

To develop and execute the trade marketing plan in achieving the marketing and sales objectives in offline channels through the implementation of appropriate product mix, in-store presence, activations and promotions

Looking after all trade promotion (placing promotions based on marketing calendar)

Weekly market visits- monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategy, current promotions and stock level across POS (point of sale)

Monitoring stock movement to store, suggesting promotions or trade deals on slow-moving or near expiry products or promotions

Tracking down the sell-out data by SKU and analyzing each product on weekly basis for each POS / store. Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups

Monitoring competitor activity, Evaluating visibility & market coverage of our products through weekly market visits

Contributing & executing marketing plans & projects

Collect and disseminate Best Practices for profitable trade marketing activities

Bachelor Degree or in Marketing, or any related field；

~5-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, and background in tobacco / Vape / FMCG industry is preferred；
