Iventions, a Barcelona-based international events and experiential agency, is seeking a Marketing Director to turn marketing into a powerful growth engine. You will connect marketing efforts to pipeline and work across Global brands, with a brand-centric but business-driven approach.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead campaigns, partnerships and thought leadership, shaping the future of marketing at Iventions while collaborating with Commercial, Creative and People teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in Marketing, Advertising, Brand, Growth or Demand Generation.
• Proven ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and commercial objectives.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaigns, paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM and lead generation.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation and deck-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with confident partnership with Sales.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity for AI, automation and emerging marketing tools.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and international clients.
• Outstanding English; additional languages are a plus.
