A fintech and cybersecurity leader is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to shape its digital presence. You will design a comprehensive marketing strategy to build awareness and generate leads. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of B2B digital marketing experience, proficiency with HubSpot, and a strong grasp of SEO and SEM. This is a remote position with collaboration across teams.

As our Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that builds awareness, generates high‑quality leads, and differentiates our brand in the industry. You will be both the strategic architect and the operational driver—balancing big‑picture planning with day‑to‑day execution.
You’ll work closely with leadership to define KPIs, track performance, and refine campaigns.
You’ll also have the autonomy to test, optimize, and innovate in our marketing approach.
This role reports to the Marketing Director and will collaborate closely with the Product and Sales teams.
Own and execute Acoru’s digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and qualified lead generation.
Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across content, SEO, SEM, social media, and paid media.
Develop and manage Acoru’s content marketing across the funnel to educate, engage, and convert.
Ensure consistency of voice, design, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Strengthen Acoru’s brand presence in the banking, cybersecurity, and fraud prevention ecosystem.
Leverage HubSpot for inbound marketing, campaign automation, and CRM integration.
Define KPIs and track performance across digital channels using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
Build dashboards, analyze results, and translate data into actionable insights.
Apply A / B testing and attribution models to maximize conversion and ROI.
Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Contribute to a collaborative, agile culture focused on experimentation and growth.
