Job summary

3PBIOVIAN is seeking a recent graduate to join our Marketing & Communications team in Navarra. You will support the execution of our communication and marketing plan, contribute to internal and external messaging, and gain hands-on experience across branding, digital marketing, and events.

You will help create and update content for our website, newsletters, and social channels, monitor engagement, and participate in data analysis to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or Master’s degree holders in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Fluent Spanish and C1 level English.
• Interest in corporate communication, branding, and event organization.
• Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Communication Support: Assist in the execution and follow-up of 3PBIOVIAN’s communication and marketing plan.
• Brand Awareness & Digital Marketing: Support campaigns, SEO initiatives, and social media strategies.
• Content Creation & Corporate Materials: Create and update content for the website, blog, newsletters, and presentations.
• Social Media Management: Monitor channels, track engagement, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to activities and contribute to reports.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Marketing & Communication Support: Assist in the execution and follow-up of 3PBIOVIAN’s communication and marketing plan, contributing to both internal and external communication initiatives.

• Brand Awareness & Digital Marketing: Support marketing activities aimed at increasing brand visibility, including digital marketing campaigns, SEO initiatives, and social media strategies.

• Content Creation & Corporate Materials: Participate in the creation and updating of content for the corporate website, blog, social media channels, newsletters, presentations, and other corporate and audiovisual materials.

• Social Media Management: Assist in monitoring corporate social media channels, tracking key engagement and performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the collection and analysis of data related to communication and marketing activities, contributing to reports and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Event & Internal Communication Support: Collaborate in the organization of corporate events, trade fairs, and company activities, while also supporting internal communication initiatives for employees and collaborators.

• General Marketing & Communication Projects: Provide support across a variety of Marketing & Communication activities, contributing to your professional development through hands‑on learning and mentorship.

What are we looking for?

Assessment Criteria:

• Education: Recent graduates or Master’s degree holders in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.

• Languages: Fluent Spanish and C1 level English.

• Interest: Strong interest in corporate communication, branding, and event organization.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools.

• Digital Marketing: Familiarity with corporate social media platforms and digital marketing practices.
