Job summary

INBRAIN is seeking a Commercialization Lead to drive the full lifecycle of IN100x launch readiness, customer adoption, and ongoing product success across Commercial, Operations, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Quality. You will translate strategy into execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring breakthrough neurotechnology to patients.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting product launches or commercialization programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years in medical devices, healthcare technology, or a related regulated industry.
• 3+ years of project management experience, coordinating cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Experience developing customer-facing content and coordinating events or congresses.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.
• Fluent English.

• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that support business decisions and continuous improvement.

Your Mission

Lead the commercialization of IN100x by ensuring launch readiness, successful customer adoption, and continued product success. Working across Commercial, Operations, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality, you'll turn strategy into execution and help bring breakthrough neurotechnology to patients.

What You'll Do

Commercial Launch & Product Deployment

Product Marketing & Customer Engagement

• Develop and maintain customer-facing materials, digital content, and product communications.
• Support scientific congresses, customer events, and training programs.

Product Lifecycle & Customer Experience

• Support customer onboarding, complaint handling, product returns, and escalation processes.

What You'll Bring

Required

• Experience supporting post-market and product lifecycle activities.
• Spanish language skills.
