Medical Device & Cosmetic Industries

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the role will be responsible for designing and executing the commercial development strategy in the assigned region, identifying new opportunities, acquiring strategic clients, and consolidating growth in automotive and medical devices.

Developing the regional business strategy aligned with global objectives.

Identifying and acquiring new accounts in Medical Device, Cosmetic and other key industries.

Building and strengthening relationships with healthcare and cosmetic sector leaders.

Managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting, needs analysis, technical / commercial proposal, and negotiation, to contract closure and customer onboarding.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales engineering, technical and product teams to ensure value-driven solutions and seamless integration from lead to order.

Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums to enhance the company visibility and position as a regional partner of choice.

Reporting sales metrics, pipeline status, and market trends for continuous improvement.

We are looking for a professional with a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Science, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of international business development experience in B2B environments, preferably in medical devices, cosmetic or related fields. Experience in plastics or industrial manufacturing will be valued. Willingness to travel internationally and fluent English and French are essential.
