Job summary

Socialpoint, a world-renowned mobile game studio part of the Zynga & Take-Two Interactive family, seeks a Principal Marketing Analyst to drive data strategy for top game titles and shape product direction and monetization. You will mentor analysts, communicate insights to senior leaders, and help improve data tools and pipelines.

Based in Barcelona with a hybrid model, you will collaborate across Marketing, User Acquisition, and product teams to optimize engagement and performance, leveraging

Qualifications

• Experience in predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, and data visualization.
• Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, with experience in campaign optimization and LTV modeling.
• Strong business acumen and domain knowledge in user acquisition, product marketing, and ATT privacy framework.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; Tableau or similar visualization tool.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as thought partner to marketing leaders to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Mentor junior analysts and shape analytics team culture.
• Work with Marketing and UA teams to provide insights on user behavior and key questions.
• Visualize and communicate results to senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Apply statistical methodologies to evaluate performance and account for uncertainties.
