Intracon Marketing Solutions in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona) seeks a Marketing Account & Strategy Lead to lead accounts end to end as part of a senior team, combining in-office work with teleworking.

You will be the trusted client advisor, translate needs into strategic plans, and lead marketing projects with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and impact. This role requires 5–7 years in B2B marketing, C1 English, and a collaborative leadership style.

Marketing Account & Strategy Lead

We are looking for a Marketing Account & Strategy Lead to lead accounts end to end as part of a senior team: someone who manages the client relationship, defines the marketing strategy aligned with the strategy lead, coordinates the team involved and gets hands‑on in the execution. Not an account handler who passes messages, but a consultant who understands the client’s business, proposes from expertise (“we recommend this”, not “what would you prefer?”) and takes accountability for the result.

We want a profile with their own judgment, able to lead without becoming a bottleneck: a team player who empowers others, pushes the work toward business impact and knows when (and how) to say no to a client with criteria.

What you will do

Reporting to Management, your main responsibilities will include:

• Be a trusted point of contact for your accounts: understand the client’s business and pain points, bring proposals from expertise, and share the leadership of key accounts with the strategy lead.
• Translate client needs into marketing strategic plans and proposals, building the marketing strategy and aligning it with the strategy lead.
• Lead and execute marketing projects end to end: coordinate project managers, content, strategy and creative teams to guarantee delivery, and run parts of the project yourself.
• Take accountability for quality, margins and client satisfaction, not just on‑time delivery.
• Spot growth opportunities that arise naturally from the relationship and turn them into proposals (this is a consulting role, not a sales role).
• Integrate AI into your workflow as an everyday tool.

Background & Skills

• 5 to 7 years in B2B marketing or communication (tech or consulting environments are a plus), owning client relationships and coordinating teams.
• Real client‑facing experience: you have owned the relationship with your clients, not just supported it.
• Strategic and hands‑on: you define the approach and you also make it happen.
• Leadership style that empowers the team instead of centralizing every decision.
• C1‑level English (international technology accounts).
• Autonomy and ownership, with an eye on margins and profitability.
• A true team player: you build on others’ work and make the team better.
• AI integrated into the way you work.

We are looking for a way of working that we recognize right away: you lead and you execute, with judgment to read the client’s business and ownership of your accounts from start to finish, always as part of a team.

This role is probably not for you if

• You are a purely strategic profile, without real capacity to manage and execute.
• You prefer not to have direct client contact.
• You expect to lead every account on your own; here key accounts are led as a team.
