We’re hiring a Market Researcher – Banking Sector (100% remote). At General Software, we are looking for a Market Researcher to join an exciting, long-term project with a leading company in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and analyze user research studies using both qualitative and quantitative methods, providing actionable insights to enhance the digital user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in research, quantitative (surveys, data analysis, behavioral metrics) methodologies.
• Strong command of Excel with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). Spanish is considered a plus.
