Almirall, S.A. cerca un Senior Manager per dirigere progetti istituzionali nel Market Access, coordinando attività trasversali con medical affairs, access e partner esterni per avanzare le iniziative dermatologiche.

La posizione richiede almeno 7 anni nel settore farmaceutico, laurea e Master in Health Policy o equivalente; ottime capacità di comunicazione, gestione stakeholder e lavoro in contesto matrix.

Formación

• University degree required.
• Master’s/Postgraduate degree in Health Policy, Public Health, Public affairs, Communication or Project Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector (dermatology preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead coordination and execution of cross-functional projects involving institutions, scientific societies, and patient associations.
• Manage and coordinate patient advocacy activities and relationships with patient associations.
• Support planning, preparation and execution of annual events and collaborative initiatives with external stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external communications of the department.
• Collaborate with RAAMs, MAAMs, access, institutional affairs and communications teams.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment for high-level institutional events with leadership.
• Drive structured project planning with timelines, milestones, risk mapping, and execution tracking.
• Identify risks, anticipate needs, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to strengthening visibility, reputation and strategic positioning of the department.
