Ethikos seeks a Manufacturing & Supply Project Manager to lead a Europe-wide supply chain transformation, redesign planning processes, and build regional capabilities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve OTIF, cost-to-serve, and working capital, and develop replenishment models including e-commerce optimization.

The role requires strong consulting background in IBP and SAP ECC, plus excellent stakeholder engagement, change management, and project leadership skills.

Formación

• University degree with at least 6 years in FMCG, Paint/Coating, or Retail.
• Strong consulting background in Manufacturing Supply Planning, IBP.
• Experience with SAP ECC and BI tools.
• Fluent English mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Resilient, adaptable, and project-minded.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the transformation and continuous assessment of the supply chain, including end-to-end value stream mapping.
• Analyze and define business improvements and projects to optimize OTIF, Cost to Serve, and Working Capital across the EMEA region.
• Develop replenishment models to optimize distribution and planning interactions (including e-commerce strategies).
• Support delivery of regional supply chain KPIs and maintain collaborative stakeholder partnerships.
• Manage project scopes and timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables.

In this role you will lead a Make/Supply Planning transformation within the Europe region to redesign planning processes and build regional planning capabilities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and optimize OTIF, cost-to-serve, and working capital. You will develop replenishment models and enhance distribution, customer service, and planning interactions, including e-commerce and logistics optimization. You will manage project scopes, timelines, and regional KPIs, driving tangible supply chain improvements while aligning with sustainability and inclusion goals.

• Lead the transformation and continuous assessment of the supply chain, including end-to-end value stream mapping
• Analyze and define business improvements and projects to optimize OTIF, Cost to Serve, and Working Capital across the EMEA region
• Develop customer service offers and translate them into replenishment models to optimize distribution and planning interactions (including e-commerce strategies)
• Support delivery of regional supply chain KPIs and maintain collaborative stakeholder partnerships
• Manage project scopes and timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables
• University degree with at least 6 years in FMCG, Paint/Coating, or Retail, focused on Supply Chain Improvement or Consulting
• Strong consulting background with experience in Manufacturing Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and planning tools including SAP ECC and BI
• Proven change management and stakeholder engagement skills, with excellent interpersonal communication abilities
