A leading diagnostics company in Madrid seeks a Manufacturing Lab Technician to support manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires vocational training in a science or health-related field and previous laboratory experience. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, teamwork capabilities, and good communication skills. Fluency in Spanish or Catalan and a basic level of English are required.

As a Manufacturing Lab Technician, you’ll support the execution of manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. You’ll prepare materials, reagents, and equipment, carry out laboratory procedures and tests, record production data, and perform routine maintenance of lab instruments.
Education :
Vocational training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio or higher) in a science or health-related field.
Experience :
Previous work in laboratory environments is essential. Experience in cell culture, molecular biology, biochemistry, lab automation, or clinical analyzers will be a plus.
Experience in chemical, biological, or health laboratories will be highly valued. Equivalent experience can be considered in place of formal education.
Languages :
Fluency in Spanish or Catalan and a basic level of English (reading and speaking).
IT Skills :
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Basic knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage.

Strong ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment accurately.
