Airbus Helicopters España is seeking a Professional in Manufacturing Engineering to join a 60-person team in the heart of Operations. You will influence product architecture by bringing design data into the manufacturing environment and support assembly activities from parts to tests.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with French as a plus; project management and lean manufacturing experience are strong assets for delivering optimized lines and digital improvements.

• Strong experience in Manufacturing, Production Lines Development and Execution.
• Effective communication in Spanish and English; French as a plus.
• Project management skills would be a strong asset.
• Experience in lean manufacturing / AOS background is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Bring design data to the manufacturing environment, influencing product architecture with the design office.
• Support manufacturing activities across the helicopter assembly scope.
• Participate in building the industrial concept for the range.
• Simulate the industrial system and provide data-driven shop-floor improvements.

Your impact:

You will bring design data to the manufacturing environment, influencing product architecture through cooperation with the design office, with an operator-centric approach.

You will support manufacturing activities in the whole scope of the helicopter assembly, from elemental parts up to tests.

You will participate in the build of the industrial concept for all our range, producing an optimized and balanced line system.

You will work in the simulation of the industrial system, performing analysis and providing improvement solutions to the shop floor based on data. #SpeakWithData

Your Boarding Pass:

Strong experience in Manufacturing, Production Lines Development and Execution.

Diverse academic and non-academic background.

Effective communication in Spanish and English is required, French as a plus.

Project management skills would be a strong asset.

Experience in lean manufacturing / AOS background will be an added advantage.
