HiTHIUM Energy Storage in Navarra, Spain, is seeking a Cost Controller – Manufacturing to join our Finance team. You will oversee standard costing, cost variance analysis and inventory valuation for cell and BESS production, collaborating with Finance, Production, Supply Chain and Engineering to ensure reliable cost visibility and continuous optimization.

The role demands a bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Industrial Engineering, at least 3 years in manufacturing cost accounting, strong

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting or cost controlling.
• Strong knowledge of BOMs, labour costs and overhead allocation.
• Fluent Spanish and good English.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP CO/PC valued.
• Strong analytical and data-processing skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
• Experience in battery, automotive, or production-intensive industries.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain standard costs for products (BOM, labour, overhead).
• Calculate and analyze monthly actual production costs.
• Perform variance analysis and prepare cost reports.
• Monitor inventory valuation including slow-moving inventory.
• Support CAPEX and R&D project cost estimation and tracking.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain and Engineering to identify root causes.
• Maintain cost ERP master data and assist month-end closing.
• Prepare documentation for audits related to cost and inventory.
