Hayward Holdings, Inc. in Barcelona, Spain seeks a Cost Controller for Iberica to manage monthly manufacturing cost closings, variance analysis, and collaboration with Manufacturing to minimize costs and improve profitability.

You will develop KPIs, monitor inventories, support management decisions with financial insight, and prepare reports for internal customers and auditors; English proficiency preferred and ERP/D365 experience valued.

Formación

• Accredited finance or accounting bachelor’s degree or global equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in an industrial company.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems and data analytics; D365 is a plus.
• Fluent English preferred; comfortable communicating with management.

Responsabilidades

• Iberica monthly manufacturing cost closing.
• Product standard cost calculations and monthly deviations analysis.
• Elaborate actions with Manufacturing to minimize cost variances.
• Review costs by category and forecast future costs based on productivity and prices.
• Review transfer pricing between Iberica and other units.
• Develop and track KPIs for operations and distribution; drive improvements.
• Monitor inventory levels and report monthly; collaborate to improve accuracy and lead time.
• Calculate Inventory Reserve monthly; lead efforts to reduce slow-moving/obsolete stock.
• Lead inventory counts across Iberica sites.
• Provide financial analysis to support manufacturing/supply decisions.
• Follow up on project savings; develop presentations for internal customers and auditors.
• Follow up on absenteeism reports.

Essential Functions

• Iberica Monthly manufacturing financial closing.
• Product Standard cost calculations and monthly analysis of deviations vs. actual costs, and annual update
• Elaborate actions together with Manufacturing team to minimize cost variances
• Reviews Costs incurred by category, calculates future costs based on labor productivity, material price increases, wage rates and yield factor.
• Review products’ Transfer pricing between Iberica and other business units
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators for operation and distribution, track and measure progress and drive improvements
• Monitor inventory levels closely and provide monthly analysis and report, collaborate with operation team to improve inventory accuracy and drive lead time reduction
• Monthly calculation of the Inventory Reserve, lead efforts to reduce slow moving and obsolete products
• Lead inventory counts of all Iberica sites
• Provide financial analysis to support management manufacturing/supply decisions
• Follow up on project savings.
• Develop presentations and reports for internal customers and auditors.
• Follow up on the absenteeism report.

This position reports to the Europe Cost Controller

Required Education And Experience

• Accredited a finance or accounting bachelor\'s degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study
• Work-related experience and prior experience in a company in the Industrial area for a minimum of 1 year.

Technical Skills

• Fluent English is preferred, comfortable interacting with all levels of management
• Proficient in ERP system and financial system and data analytics, experience in D365 a plus
• Self-starter, ability to finish work independently and willingness to learn and grow by doing
