Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Madrid seeks a detail-oriented Network Markets Specialist to support mandate processing, signature verification and regulatory reporting within the Spanish framework. You will liaise with global HSBC entities and stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

The role requires a law degree, fluent Spanish and English, and about two years in a related legal/banking environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
• High level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Approximately two years’ experience in a related legal, banking, operations, mandate-processing or regulatory-reporting role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of complex documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process and review mandates, deeds, signatures and Powers of Attorney in line with the Spanish legal framework.
• Verify legal authority and signing powers of signatories for complex structures.
• Provide support to Lines of Business, Functions, branches and HSBC entities worldwide.
