Position Overview

Are you a Program Manager with experience in MS Dynamics 365 or ERP implementation projects seeking a new interesting challenge?

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and track project progress for the end-to-end ERP implementation program (preferably D365 F&O).
• Engage with IT division customers, including CIOs, CXOs, internal teams, and vendors to ensure alignment of project goals and status.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, progress, and necessary adjustments.
• Facilitate training and support for users during and after implementation.
• Ensure that projects adhere to industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and minimum 3 years of experience in implementing ERP projects, preferably Dynamics 365.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including its various modules (Finance, Supply Chain) and implementation methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing large and complex ERP programs with implementation of ERP products in multiple countries (preferably D365 F&O), including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Good understanding of the ERP project phases: analysis, design, construction, data migration, SIT, UAT, user training, cutover commissioning, hypercare, and knowledge of country‑specific localisations.
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams, manage conflicts and drive projects to completion.
• Ability to identify and solve project problems, mitigate risks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Critical thinking, organisational skills, and change management capabilities.

Location & Contract

Hybrid (60% in‑office and 40% remote) – C/ Santa Leonor 65 / C/Vía de los Poblados 1 (Madrid). Permanent contract.
