INSUD PHARMA busca un gestor de productos técnicos con enfoque en IA/ML para liderar soluciones de software y datos. Colaborarás con Data Scientists, AI Engineers y DevOps para convertir retos de negocio en productos utilizables.

Se requiere experiencia en IA/ML, gestión de productos y dominio del español e inglés. Contrato permanente, con planes de desarrollo y movilidad interna.

Formación

• Experiencia en gestión de productos técnicos y proyectos de IA/ML.
• Comprensión de conceptos de ciencia de datos, ML y APIs.
• Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles y herramientas de gestión (Jira, Confluence).
• Dominio del español e inglés en comunicación escrita y verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Identificar oportunidades de IA a través de diferentes áreas (ventas, I+D, manufactura).
• Traducir problemas de negocio en requisitos claros para equipos de Data Science y software.
• Liderar la entrega de productos de software impulsados por IA con integración adecuada.
• Comunicar avances y resultados a audiencias técnicas y no técnicas.

We are a team of 30 professionals (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers) working across the full breadth of the company, building products, models, and analytical solutions that directly inform and shape decision-making. This includes both analytical/model-driven solutions and AI-powered software products and features. You will work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Software Engineers to translate ambiguous business challenges into well-scoped, buildable solutions, and with stakeholders across the company to ensure those solutions actually get used. You will work alongside Data Scientists, AI Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers who are equally committed to delivering high-quality work. The office is located in central Madrid (Chamberí, near Eloy Gonzalo), well connected and situated in a vibrant part of the city. Each product is run by a small group — typically a Product Manager, a Data Scientist, AI or Software Engineers, and key stakeholders. Identify and scope high-impact AI opportunities across diverse domains (commercial & sales, R&D, drug manufacturing, process optimization, clinical trials, and beyond), working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and constraints. Translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements and success criteria that Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Software Engineers can act on. Drive the delivery of AI-powered software products and features, working together with Software Engineers to ensure models and analytical solutions are properly integrated into robust, usable applications. Communicate progress, trade-offs, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, enabling informed, data-driven decisions at all levels of the organization. Experience managing or working closely with technical products, ideally involving data, analytics, AI/ML, or software components. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar). Good understanding of data science, machine learning, LLM's and software development concepts (e.g., model evaluation, data pipelines, APIs, system architecture) is highly valued. Proficient in Spanish and English in written and verbal communication. Flexible start time from Monday to Friday. Permanent contract. Training and language learning platform.
