Insud Pharma busca un AI Product Manager para liderar el ciclo de vida de productos de IA en AI Labs, conectando negocio y tecnología.

Colaborarás con Data Scientists, AI Engineers y Software Engineers para traducir retos en soluciones simples y escalables, priorizando y definiendo roadmaps en un entorno ágil y regulado.

Formación

• Experiencia en productos técnicos y/o datos/IA.
• Capacidad para identificar oportunidades y priorizar.

We are a team of 30 professionals (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers) working across the full breadth of the company, building products, models, and analytical solutions that directly inform and shape decision-making.

We are looking for an AI Product Manager who can bridge the gap between complex technical work and real business impact.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products—from identifying opportunities and framing problems, through prioritization and roadmap definition, to delivery and adoption across the includes both analytical/model-driven solutions and AI-powered software products and will work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Software Engineers to translate ambiguous business challenges into well-scoped, buildable solutions, and with stakeholders across the company to ensure those solutions actually get used.

We are seeking someone who is genuinely curious about AI and its capabilities and limitations, rigorous enough to make sound prioritization calls under uncertainty, and independent enough to drive products forward while keeping cross-functional teams aligned and the team works: AI Labs operates with a startup mindset within Insud Pharma. The department is young, and the culture reflects that: flat, collaborative, and fast-moving. You will work alongside Data Scientists, AI Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers who are equally committed to delivering high-quality work. We hold regular demo days where teams present their work, as well as whiteboard sessions where we tackle problems together. The cross-disciplinary dynamic is genuinely strong. The office is located in central Madrid (Chamberí, near Eloy Gonzalo), well connected and situated in a vibrant part of the city.

The challenge!

Collaborate with small, cross-functional teams. Each product is run by a small group—typically a Product Manager, a Data Scientist, AI or Software Engineers, and key stakeholders. Iteration is fast, feedback loops are short, and your contribution is visible from day one.

• Identify and scope high-impact AI opportunities across diverse domains (commercial & sales, R&D, drug manufacturing, process optimization, clinical trials, and beyond), working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and constraints.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and priorities, balancing technical feasibility, business value, and delivery timelines.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements and success criteria that Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Software Engineers can act on.
• Own delivery, breaking down work into clear, actionable milestones and holding the bar on execution so products ship and reach adoption, not just get defined.
• Drive the delivery of AI-powered software products and features, working together with Software Engineers to ensure models and analytical solutions are properly integrated into robust, usable progress, trade-offs, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, enabling informed, data-driven decisions at all levels.

Requisitos y habilidades

• Experience managing or working closely with technical products, ideally involving data, analytics, AI/ML, or software components.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and frame problems from the ground up, and to translate them into clear prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Solid understanding of the AI/ML product lifecycle, including the ability to assess technical feasibility and constraints in collaboration with technical and engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse interests and drive consensus across technical and business teams.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.G., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Good understanding of data science, machine learning, LLM's and software development concepts (e.G., model evaluation, data pipelines, APIs, system architecture) is highly valued.
• Experience working in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, or similar) is a plus.
• Proficient in Spanish and English in written and verbal benefits!
