Lucas Fox Group is seeking a Manager — Living to drive and expand activities across institutional residential market segments in Spain. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of real estate advisory experience and a strong understanding of the Living ecosystem.

This role involves advising investors, preparing market analyses, and developing relationships across different asset classes, all within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate advisory, investment banking or direct investment.
• Strong understanding of the Living ecosystem in Spain, including asset classes and key operators.
• Proven ability to manage transaction processes autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Advise investors, developers and operators on transactions involving assets and portfolios.
• Identify and manage investment, divestment and asset repositioning opportunities.
• Prepare market analysis, valuations and presentation materials for institutional clients.
