PPG is seeking a Finance Tools Product Owner to own end-to-end management of global finance platforms. You will drive roadmaps, coordinate Finance and IT teams, and advance automation while ensuring governance and compliance.

You will lead cross-functional projects using Agile and Waterfall, partnering with external vendors, and report to senior management on progress and risks in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow and finance processes.
• 5+ years of experience in project leadership, product ownership, or similar roles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in complex and fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in audit, risk, or compliance processes is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership and management of global Finance tools and platforms. It ensures stable operations, continuous improvement, and alignment with the company’s finance and digital strategy.

The position acts as Product Owner for key Finance tools and drives strategic initiatives across functions. It operates within a complex, global environment, collaborating with Finance, IT, and external partners.

The role plays a key part in enhancing efficiency, automation, and user experience, while ensuring governance, compliance, and delivery across Finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for Finance tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Trintech, Concur), defining roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring alignment with business and finance objectives
• Define and manage product roadmaps, enhancements, and release planning
• Lead Finance tools projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• Coordinate cross-functional global teams across Finance and IT
• Ensure operational stability through incident, request, and change management
