PPG offers a structured 12-month development program in the Automotive OEM space, designed to build technical and customer service capabilities. You will train on products, services, and support processes, while working with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.

The program focuses on developing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, preparing you for future Technical Service roles at PPG.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Position Overview

This role is part of a structured development program designed to build technical and customer service capabilities within the Automotive OEM environment.
You will receive hands-on training on products, services, and technical support processes. The role supports the development of troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with senior technical experts and cross-functional teams. It aims to prepare you for future roles within Technical Service.
The position focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements
