CHEP Iberia is seeking a Manager, Carrier Management to lead relationships with 150+ carriers and drive performance, cost and compliance across Iberia. You will manage a team of analysts and coordinators, collaborating with Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial to deliver high-performing transport solutions.

This role blends operational delivery with strategic ownership, requiring leadership in a fast-paced, complex network that spans Iberia within the European framework.

Formación

• Proven experience in transport, logistics or carrier management within complex, multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of Iberia carrier market and transport operations at scale.
• Track record of cost optimisation and supplier management.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure carrier capacity across all Iberia lanes (contracted and spot market).
• Manage carrier performance (service, cost, compliance and systems).
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers at owner and director level.

CHEP is hiring a Manager, Carrier Management – Iberia

You’ll own relationships with 150+ carriers, ensure capacity across all lanes, and drive performance, cost and compliance across a considerable transport spend.

You’ll sit at the heart of our network, partnering with Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial teams, while leading a team of analysts and coordinators to deliver consistent, high-performing transport solutions.

Experience & Capability

• Proven experience in transport, logistics or carrier management within complex, multi-site environments
• Strong understanding of the Iberia carrier market and transport operations at scale
• Track record of cost optimisation, supplier management and performance improvement
• Experience working cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations and Commercial teams
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment

• Strong people leader with the ability to develop and coach teams
• Between 5 and 10 years of experience in the transportation and logistics sector.
