Responsibilities include building partnerships with recruiters, winning new business, and delivering outstanding customer service. Working as an Account Manager, your ability to build collaborative and productive partnerships with our team of recruiters will be essential throughout the sales lifecycle to ensure your clients’ hiring needs are fulfilled.
Provide insight and demonstrate differentiation to clients to win new business and support the expansion of existing accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Two to five years experience in recruitment sales and account management (including proven ability to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities).
Ability to demonstrate effectiveness in market territory planning.
Proven experience working in a performance-based environment.
Passion for networking and communicating both virtually and in person.
