Job Position: Rentals Team Manager

Roccabox Property Group is looking for a Rentals Team Manager to lead our rental management operations in Marbella. If you have experience in property rentals and enjoy managing a team, we want you!

Position Details

• Type : Full-Time (10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday)
• Salary : Competitive Basic Wage + Commission Based on Team Earnings
• Benefits : Company Mobile Phone & Use of Company Car
• Languages : Fluent in English / Spanish (required); other languages are a plus
• Driving : Valid European Driving License (necessary)
• Start Date : Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rentals team for long-term and holiday properties.
• Lead and motivate the team, providing training and support for high performance.
• Develop marketing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Handle tenant relations, inquiries, and issues to ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain records of rental agreements and financial transactions.
