Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training) to shape how AI understands organizational behavior and leadership. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of postsecondary teaching in management or leadership, with a strong grasp of organizational behavior and decision-making frameworks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training.
• Assess the quality of AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks in AI outputs.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to help AI systems develop stronger managerial reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your schedule.

What You'll Do

Who You Are
