Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced postsecondary Business instructors to shape the next generation of AI. You will design real-world scenarios, evaluate AI-generated business content, and provide detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning and explanations.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract (10–40 hours/week) partnering with top AI research teams. You will work asynchronously on your schedule, applying your teaching expertise to ensure content meets postsecondary standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance.
• Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form.

Responsibilities

• Design and review business questions and real-world scenarios used in AI training datasets.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with structured content
• No prior AI experience required — your teaching expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Industry or applied business experience outside of academia
• Familiarity with AI, content evaluation, or instructional design workflows
