Job summary

Camp de Mar Hotel & Resort in Andratx, Mallorca, is seeking a guest-focused Server to join our service team on a full-time replacement contract.

You will work across all F&B outlets, manage mise en place, provide attentive service at bars and the à la carte restaurant, and contribute ideas for promotions. The role offers relocation-friendly onboarding and a welcoming, international team environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for gastronomy and guest-oriented service.
• Enthusiasm for preparing classic drinks and mixing new creations.
• Experience in restaurant or bar service is advantageous.
• Positive, authentic presence and welcoming demeanor with guests.
• Strong teamwork, commitment, and high quality awareness.
• Willingness to work rotating early, mid, and late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work across all food and beverage outlets within the hotel and resort.
• Ensure smooth service aligned with hospitality standards.
• Prepare mise en place for morning, mid, and late shifts.
• Provide attentive service at bars and the à la carte restaurant.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, specialty coffees, and drinks from the menu.
• Contribute ideas for special offers and promotions.
• Keep workstations clean and organized after every shift.
