Under Armour, Inc. in Mallorca seeks a Sales Associate for a 12-hour part-time schedule. You will be the face of the brand, delivering standout experiences, driving sales, and keeping the store looking sharp.

If you enjoy fast-paced days, great teams, and making customers feel like a VIP, you’ll shine and grow with the brand. Fluency in the local language is required; basic English helps.

Qualificações

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California).
• Able to maneuver the sales floor, stockroom and office; ability to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge and love of our products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively within a team.
• Maintain performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote customer loyalty and participate in rewards program.
