Job Overview

A loving and busy international family is seeking an experienced and dedicated nanny to care for their two young daughters, aged 1 and 2. This role requires someone who is patient, nurturing, and skilled at engaging the two young children in creative and developmental activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Manage daily routines, including feeding, bathing, and bedtime.
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, and educational experiences.
• Coordinate playdates, activities, and doctor’s appointments.
• Maintain the children’s areas, toys, and belongings in an organised and clean state.
• Assist with light household tasks such as grocery shopping and coordinating with maintenance personnel.
• Care for family pets (several rescue cats) as needed.
• Stay in the home during family travel (~3 times per year, advanced notice provided).

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
• Occasional flexibility with hours, including some weekends and Spanish holidays, exchanged for U.S. holidays.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced in caring for multiple toddlers simultaneously.
• Creative and engaging, focusing on activities that foster development and curiosity.
• Comfortable with pets and willing to assist with their care.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to travel occasionally.
• Looking for a long-term position to grow with the family.
• Own transportation to the finca; driver’s license and own car is a plus/ Possibility to live in.
